The preview showcases the Subterranean Sanctuary from Attack on Titan redesigned as the Crystal Cave. This important location was formerly where the Reiss royal family transmitted the Founding Titan ability through generations. The trailer finishes with a dramatic scene showing a character, likely the captive, transforming into a Titan that towers over Naoe and Yasuke.
